Once you approve your package, we’ll send a contract and payment details. A 50% deposit secures your date and allows us to begin preparations. The final balance is due 7 days before the event to ensure a seamless experience.

Relax while we handle every detail! Our team manages all logistics, venue setup, and décor arrangements. You’ll receive a final confirmation 48 hours before your event. If the weather doesn’t cooperate, we offer rescheduling or an indoor alternative to keep your gathering stress-free.
