  • After our consultation, you’ll receive a personalized proposal with curated package options. Choose from our signature picnic themes or request a fully customized setup. Add special touches like guided devotionals, live music, or guest speakers to make your gathering truly unique.

  • Once you approve your package, we’ll send a contract and payment details. A 50% deposit secures your date and allows us to begin preparations. The final balance is due 7 days before the event to ensure a seamless experience.

  • Relax while we handle every detail! Our team manages all logistics, venue setup, and décor arrangements. You’ll receive a final confirmation 48 hours before your event. If the weather doesn’t cooperate, we offer rescheduling or an indoor alternative to keep your gathering stress-free.

  • Arrive at a beautifully curated setting designed with faith and elegance. Enjoy a seamless experience with loved ones while we discreetly handle setup and cleanup—so you can focus on creating meaningful memories.
