HOW DO I BOOK?

You can contact our team via email, phone, text, social media or complete the Contact details on our website. We also have a chat feature available on our site!


We will obtain a 50% non-refundable retainer to block the time slot. The remaining balance is due 24 hours before your event.


BUBBLE TENT USAGE

Please note: If the weather is too windy, or we experience snow or rainy conditions - the booking will have to be rescheduled to avoid damages.


WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU BOOK YOUR LUXURY PICNIC WITH US?

Our team will work with you to book your picnic theme. The day of the event, we will have your luxury picnic experience ready at the agreed time. Once the setup is complete, we leave you to enjoy your picnic. Please note, you are responsible for the picnic items until we return for pack up.


CAN YOU PROVIDE YOUR OWN FOOD?

Yes, feel free to provide your own food and beverages. Lushnics is not responsible for any food allergies, illness and/or reactions to items provided - catering is available from Starr Cuisine & cupcakes/cakes provided by baker if cupcakes and/or cakes care purchased via vendors. (PLEASE NOTE: Red wine or other items that could stain rental items are not permitted.)

DOES LUSHNICS HAVE A CANCELLATION AND/OR RAIN CHECK POLICY?

Cancellation Policy: Our bookings are non-refundable once paid. The same applies to our 50% retainer if paid via invoice; however, we understand that emergencies happen. Please speak to our team and we will attempt to reschedule your picnic experience for another date & time if applicable. 

Rain Check Policy: In case of projected rain or bad weather conditions, you have the option to reschedule or change location if you let us know three (3) days before the event date. You will have 3 months to have the rescheduled event. If there are hazardous conditions that prevent driving safely based on our decision, your picnic will have to be rescheduled.

COVID-19

Health and safety are our top priorities.  Lushnics wants all of our clients and guests to feel 100% comfortable during their luxury picnic experience.

To ensure the safety of our clients and staff during COVID-19, our policy is as follows:​

  • We are providing a contact-free service to minimize contact with our clients. 

  • Our Lushnics Stylist will wear face masks and gloves when setting up, delivering picnics and during pack down at the end of the event. 

  • All picnic equipment/items will be disinfected before and after each picnic.

  •  We also utilize our UV Wand Sanitize/Sterilizer which is rated at 99.99% sterilization and is FDA approved to sanitize our items.
